VillegiaTours was born from the desire to modernise the world of seasonal rentals by bringing a new look based on a key principle: the symmetry between the attention paid to Owners of goods and those paid to Travellers.

Coming from the world of consulting in strategy and organization, my educational and professional background did not predestine me to undertake in the field of seasonal rental despite origins in the tourism sector.
For 20 years, my family managed Bed & Breakfasts, I actively contributed to the management and reception of tourists. When I recently experimented with seasonal rental for our main home during our periods of absence, I found that most actors were content to publish the housing on the platforms and remove the human aspect. In my opinion, this goes through a professionalisation of the tourist offer and hospitality through the promotion of goods, heritage and territory of Tours.
After 14 years of working with financial clients, I wanted to make the most of the Owners and Travellers:
– my love for Touraine and my willingness to contribute to its attractiveness,
– my passion for developing tourism offer and hospitality,
– my seasonal rental skills,
– my investment and systematic search for customer satisfaction,
– and my ability to support clients in end-to-end projects (from diagnosis to implementation)
